SBID International Design Awards in the “Fit Out Contractor of the Year – Residential” category

The SBID International Design Awards is considered one of the most prestigious accolades in the interior design industry. Each year it attracts entries from over 85 countries worldwide, showcasing the world’s best design talent on its globally respected stage and serving to recognise, reward and celebrate the outstanding industry achievements.

European Property Awards - highest-scoring 5-star winner in the «Residential Property Interior / Private Residence» category

European Property Awards /International Property Awards is one of the most prestigious and renowned in the global property & real estate industry. Since 1993 they select, recognize, celebrate and promote the best companies in the commercial and residential sectors. Over the years the Awards have been sponsored by leading branded companies, such as Rolls-Royce, Mercedes Benz, Bentley Motors and many others.

International Design and Architecture Awards in the «Luxury Residence – Europe» category

The International Design & Architecture Awards aim is to commend design, recognise talent, create opportunities and quite simply to offer inspiration. Focusing on the residential sector, the globally renowned awards annually celebrate the best in design, and are looking for outstanding architecture, interior design and product designs. Only 16 projects are shortlisted per category. Shortlisted entries are presented online, and voting is open to industry professionals as well as clients and customers.

Luxury Lifestyle Awards in three contested categories:
