OUR WORK STRUCTURE

TECHNICAL TASK AND SIGNING OF AN AGREEMENT

We begin by getting to know the Customer, their preferences and requirements. We’ll find out your goals and objectives; aims for the work and likely supplies. Based on this, we’ll set out the technical task ahead and an agreement for fitting it out.

SELECTION OF MATERIALS, OBJECTS & ACCESSORIES

The project designer selects a range of options for the required interior items and finishing. The selection is presented via mood boards featuring interior items such as freestanding furniture, lighting fixtures and decor as well as 3D-rendered prototypes of any custom-made furniture. Finishing materials are represented too, including natural stone (marble, onyx, travertine, etc.), wooden flooring (e.g., parquet or hardwoods), ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware and so on.

SAMPLE SELECTION AND APPROVAL

During this stage we select and approve real samples of finishes and upholstery for articles selected to date. For non-standard items, unique coatings are chosen (veneers, varnishes, leather, textiles, etc.). At the Customer’s request, we organize visits to manufacturers, quarries, and suppliers of finishing materials. This enables us to create specifications with an image and full description of the design characteristics, accurately featuring the items and products needed.

COMMERCIAL OFFER

A commercial proposal with detailed specifications and item costings is presented to the Client. The delivery schedule is approved.

PREPARATION OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

We prepare drawings for non-standard items and collaborate with designers at manufacturing factories to make working drawings for the production process. We discuss and approve item details, types of mechanisms and characteristics of finishes.

DELIVERY TIME CONTROL AND QUALITY CONTROL

A team of managers monitors the production process, resolves current issues and controls the timing of orders. At key stages of production, we visit factories to control the quality of the items produced.

LOGISTICS

Before shipping, the quality of all goods and their packaging are checked. We take care of every process and make sure items are dispatched from the manufacturer or their warehouse and delivered straight to your site. Loading and unloading are thoroughly monitored. For high-value and fragile products requiring delicate handling, we use a special loading team.

CONTROL OF ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

The assembly, installation and setting of the items ordered takes place in accordance with the project timeline. The project designer and technical supervisor control these processes on-site; monitor the quality of the work carried out and make sure it complies with the technical task.

FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND WARRANTIES

The last stage is the final reconciliation of financial documents. If necessary, warranty servicing is also carried out.
