The distinction between the three parts is articulated consistently, from the overall silhouette down to the façade details. Varying heights alter their proportions and create a stepped profile, while individual colour palettes reinforce the identity of each volume. The lighter façades are defined by pronounced vertical articulation and rounded corners, while the central section has a more compact expression, with a different rhythm of openings and stronger horizontal lines. At the same time, related window proportions, the vertical emphasis of the façades and the way the volumes meet establish a common set of compositional rules. The boundary between the large residential development and the city is therefore no longer defined solely by the line of the façade: the building becomes part of an urban environment that continues through the routes and spaces around it.
