OUR WORK STRUCTURE

ANALYSIS
AND RESEARCH

A comprehensive analysis of the site or property is conducted prior to the design process, including site surveys, photographs, geological research, measurements, and examination of any external infrastructure.

BRANDING

Brand book development, including the company’s mission statement, core values, brand personality, messaging, and tone of voice, as well as how the brand should be portrayed in all communications, both internally and externally. Creation of the visual identity of the brand, including logo design, corporate identification, colour schemes, internal & external aesthetics, signage & environmental graphics, staff corporate style and textiles design. Provision of detailed brand guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency.

CONCEPT
DEVELOPMENT

Development of a master plan and project concept, based on the research results and brand book. Creation of accurately scaled photo-realistic 3D-visualizations with design elements integrated in their respective environment. Preparation of the project album with all the images and drawings.

ARCHITECTURAL
PROJECT

Developing the entire package of documents and drawings required for the construction works. This includes an architectural project, an engineering and structural project. Forming of specifications for all construction and finishing materials.

INTERIOR DESIGN
PROJECT

Developing the entire package of coordinated documents and drawings required for the implementation of interior design concept. Forming of specifications for finishes, fixtures & furnishings.

MOCK UP

Creating a physical full-scale model of the proposed design and its testing in a simulated environment, to ensure that the design meets the expectations of the client. Making any necessary changes before the project is built.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

This stage involves overseeing the construction process to ensure that the project is built according to the plans and specifications.

FITTING OUT

Supply of materials for construction and finishing works. Supply of furniture (including custom-made items), as well as lighting fixtures, sanitary accessories, household appliances and engineering equipment, decor and textiles. Their installation and assembly at the site.

SUPERVISION

At all stages of work, architectural supervision is carried out to resolve live issues and control compliance with project documentation, as well as monitoring the progress of the project and providing guidance and advice to the project team.
