Creative laboratories, a performance and media centre, an art gallery with library, and a sports facility are all organised around a central public hub, linked by a network of internal galleries that function as a living interior street. The configuration shifts with each site; what remains constant is the commitment to open, light-filled space built to a human scale.

The building's character comes not from stylistic reference but from the precision of its proportions, the quality of its light, and the clarity of its structure. Panoramic glazing draws the city inside, while the scale of every space is calibrated for a child — not to overwhelm, but to welcome.
