MIXED-USE COMPLEX DUET

At the heart of the project lies the "Vertical City" concept, reimagining high-density living as a series of interconnected sky-oases. Throughout the towers’ height, expansive volumes with soaring ceilings house social hubs – lush gardens, fitness centers, and cafes – allowing life to flourish far above the street level. This internal landscape creates a new paradigm of convenience, where the transition from premium workspaces to panoramic social destinations is seamless, intuitive, and filled with natural light.

The architectural silhouette is intentionally liberated from a heavy base; the towers appear to emerge directly from the landscape via a minimalist, near-invisible stylobate. Clad entirely in glass, the facade captures the ever-changing sky during the day, while at night, the complex transforms into a large-scale light installation. Dynamic lighting sequences flow between the volumes, emphasizing their twisted profiles and establishing “Duet” as a rhythmic, luminous landmark within the city’s skyline.
